how do I check which plan i am on? I cant seem to locate the general settings/workspace settings although I thought i was on premium sub.

You can click on the top left menu, it should open a menu that will say "Week Plan ULTIMATE" or "Week Plan PRO"

Thanks.  This is now synching . However, my tasks from Weekplan are coming into my Outlook Calendar as appointments and not tasks. How to I fix this please?

If you do not want Outlook to capture the entries from your WP schedule, this option should not be marked on the team settings.
