google calendar updating

I have my google calendar showing in Week Plan, but there are recurring tasks that were on the Google calendar and have been deleted, but they are still showing in Week plan.

Is it meant to update automatically?


I am concerned that if I push the info from google calendar again I might end up with duplicates

Well Ana it is interesting. You have GMT as -4. I have always thought of the east coast of the us as being GMT-5.

So no it wasn't set exactly the same. I have changed it now so they are both -4. Will this make the problems fix themseilves automatically so I can tell you if it works or not?

Thank you for checking the timezones.


It may be the cause of the one hour difference of tasks from both calendars. 


We will wait for your feedback if there are no changes with the time and if this will affect the deleted tasks.

Dear Ana,

If you read back in the comments, the initial issue is not the 1 hour time difference. In fact the time difference didn't make a difference. 

The problem is that the calendar does not seem to sync. Even now if I look the calendars are not the same. There are items on the google calendar that are not on the Week Plan calendar. Some items work perfectly, but not others, unfortunately if the calendar is not consistent I cannot rely on it. Last week I missed an appointment due to this. See the following - look at the appointments for the 2nd day. Habitat for Humanity is missing and the run inventory aging report (which was previously deleted from Google Calendar) is not removed.

Please advise I want to keep using the program but I need to understand why the difference.

The suggestion that there is an update just for me does not make sense.

So to make sure I understand, what is the issue?
Is the issue that it only sends the information from Google Calendar one time?
Or is the problem specific to my calendar?

I want to make sure I am waiting for something that will really fix my issue - if not then I will need to decide whether this is the best program for me.

My apologies for the confusion.


The fix will be for the deleted task which will be deployed within 24- 48 hours. Our dev also advised to ensure that the push and pull setting should be enabled for a 2 way sync.

I checked this and the account was set just to Pull and not Push - I have made it so it does both now.
Unfortunately, I still have issues with some of these items not showing on the week plan that are showing on the google cal.
Is it possible for you to remote into my computer to see what I see and maybe try and resolve this?
