Cannnot log into mobile
Hi
I recently signed up for a Week Plan trial and cannot log into the iOS (iPad or iPhone) versions. I get a constant Error
"Wrong e-mail or password. Try lost password if you have trouble logging in."
I originally signed up the trial with Google Account, but have reset the password online to try and get iOS log in to work, but I just keep getting the same message.
How would you rate the customer service you received?
