You may turn the timer through the task menu.
We checked our system but we are unable to find a paid subscription through Stripe or Paypal under this email account - email@example.com. May we request for a copy of the receipt/invoice you received from us?
Also, kindly send us a screenshot with how the task menu if the timer button is missing on your end. We'll have one of our dev team to look into this further.

Can you please press the refresh button shown in the screenshot and see if it still showing the upgrade button? Also can you please check if you are login in the iOS app with the same email registered with Weekplan.
