Thenext.weekplan.net site and chrome app is not loading (just a blank black screen) on our Chromebooks, the only way to make it work is to load chrome dev tools and then reload the page.

May we know which browser you are using to load https://next.weekplan.net?

Its on a Chromebook so can only be Chrome.


There are alternative browsers that works on Chrome OS as well.  Thank you for advising the browser you used, I have forwarded this concern to our dev team for further checking. 

That is incorrect. Its a Chromebook so only Chrome is possible on this machine.

Please can you provide an update? I have been unable to use the tool on my Chromebook, which is my main work computer and this is a big problem not being able to use a tool that I'm paying for...

mark.dorrill, I am a Week Plan from the USA. I use a HP Chromebook 11 G3 with 4 GB of memory and have no issue with Week Plan. Task Manager shows Week Plan using around 165 - 145 MB of memory. Let me know is you want any other system information from my Chromebook.

I still after weeks cannot use weekplan on my Chromebook.. Why am I ignored? I am a paying customer!

I just started using Week Plan on my Acer Chromebook and it opened straight away. The Problem I have is all the main menu items are missing or not visible.  I have a couple down on the far left hand corner but not all of them.

Do you mind sharing the screenshot of the issue?
