What the heck happened?!?

Overnight my entire task lists from my planner have disappeared and all that’s left is my parked stuff.

I know it’s a free app but that’s no excuse to delete my data with an unannounced update. Fix it or I’m leaving. New app is horrible and I’m in chaos not knowing what needs to be done

May we know.why you prefer the previous version?


For us to check your concern further, kindly provide tthe email address of your Week Plan account. Also, have you checked if it's the same when you log in to the web app using the same account?

I agree this is awful. Didn’t realise how much I’d come to depend on this app but will have to find an alternative now 😩

May we know why you prefer the old version? Also, did you lost all the data after the update?

If so, kindly provide the email address of your Week Plan account and a copy of your most recent paid invoice if you have an active subscription.

same if I log online or via app via drsljones@live.co.uk on a free account (have been using it on the free version for years.

The reason I hate it is mostly because you’ve lost all my data! No warning of the update and lost my data at a critical point in my project work as I’m about to go on leave but have planned all my jobs for when I return early November

I also hate the new update. I lost all of my data as well, and I’m finding myself stressed because I had everything in the app! Extremely disappointed the new update is awful to use.

Are you talking about the iphone app?

I am guessing that your iphone app data was not in sync with the web app? Would that be correct?

I don’t know why it wouldn’t have been. It was allowed to use wireless and 3G and logged in. It used to bring my calendar events through too. I never really used it on anything other than my phone as I need my organiser in my pocket.

Whatever happened I’ve lost everything.

Unless there’s a way to get it back I’m looking to go elsewhere to a job list app that won’t delete my date leaving me stranded
