How to prioritize on Android

I'm trying to prioritize on Android? I've tapped on everything and can't figure it out.

The prioritize button is right beside the date.

that isn't my question, after clicking this how do i move things from one area to another. after tapping that, nothing works.

Yes, you are correct, we are going to fix this. You are supposed to be able to drag and drop.
