Nothing showing in my app but I can see my stuff on my computer, and now my app keeps crashing. Help.

Hey guys I did my weekly planning and put in all my stuff for this week but today when I open my app there is nothing... I freaked out and opened up my computer and I can see all the info there but still not in my app. I tried opening and closing the app, logging out and back in. My app keeps crashing. Help please, i'm not paying for this if I can't use my app.

I'm mainly using Chromebook and the site / app crashes on that. I have been ignored for weeks, hope the same doesn't happen to you.

same thing here, I can see my tasks on pc well but not in app :(

I'm going to dispute my charge for the pro plan and report them to the better business bureau unless they fix this soon.

Hi everyone,

Two things are happening at the same time:

  1. iOS app is not compatible with our most recent server side. Apple has rejected our release and we are working on fixing it.
  2. We released a new version of next.weekplan and some of your browsers haven't downloaded the latest version. To force this, please try to clear your cache, or use Chrome in incognito mode.

My apologies for the inconvenience. We have tried to move fast in releasing the Roles board to address the feedback from our recent layout change, but it caused some other issues.

Coming from a tech background I feel your pain. But still black screens and process termination in Chrome(book), even in Incognito.
