In the back and forth of the "Roles" tab yesterday, I'm now missing some tasks...

I'm having a problem because yesterday, when the roles tab was present, I moved some of the tasks from HIT Plan of the Week list back to their specific roles. That way I can keep focused on my HITs, but not lose tasks that I don't want to lose, but tackle within the next few weeks.

Well now I can't locate any task that I moved from the HIT Plan of the week list back to the Roles tab. I'd like to see those tasks again as soon as possible.

Is there a work around? or am I just not going to be able to see those tasks until the Roles tab comes back?

Hi there!


The tasks went back for the other users after the release of the Roles tab. May we know if those HITS were assigned with Roles when you moved them to the Plan of the Week?

HITs with no role that you move into the Plan of the Week will disappear.

Yes! :) We just had to remove it briefly to fix the issue it caused to other platforms.

Two things are happening at the same time:
iOS app is not compatible with our most recent server side. 


Apple has rejected our release and we are working on fixing it.


We released a new version of next.weekplan and some of your browsers haven't downloaded the latest version. To force this, please try to clear your cache, or use Chrome in incognito mode.


My apologies for the inconvenience. We have tried to move fast in releasing the Roles board to address the feedback from our recent layout change, but it caused some other issues.

We had to remove the Roles tab for fixing before introducing this again.


For the meantime, you may use the boards section to create a list for your roles. 

I am checking with our team if we can retrieve those tasks that you lost.

Any update on this? A few of us have missing tasks right now. Is there a workaround in the meantime?
