Let us choose the duration and start week for Objectives

I love setting objectives but I hate that 1) I can't pick the starting week   2) I can't set objectives past the 12th week on the Gantt chart.

I start different objectives at different times.  But if I start an objective late, say during Week 9, I can only plan out 3 weeks
