Drag and drop does not work on iOS

I realize that there have been a number of similar topics, however, the issue still persists for me.

Drag-and-drop does not work at all on iOS devices - I have the app on my iPad pro 10.5 and my iPhone X. I would like to be able to at least drag and drop items from the inbox to days/objectives/roles, however, tap-and-holding, double tapping, or any other conceivable way of dragging tasks does nothing. I have also tried it in the web app opened in the iOS Safari browser.

I'm aware (from this and other posts) that drag and drop doesn't work on mobile yet.  But I don't know how to get the task edit sidebar to open on iOS for items in the Inbox. For tasks in the High Impact list or in the Calendar or in the Boards, a single click on the task pulls up the edit task sidebar (on ipad or iphone).  But for tasks in the inbox, no amount of clicking or slow-clicking or double-clicking that I can find will open the sidebar.  So, tasks created in the inbox are permanently stuck in the inbox.  What trick am I missing?

Hi there,

Sorry for the inconvenience. The drag and drop feature is not available for mobile devices at the moment. It is in our backlog. This may be available in version 3 however you can move the task on any list / board / schedule by edit task sidebar. 

You should be able to drag and drop on web safari. Let me know if you have any other issue.
