Each time a new task is added I receive an error 405: "An error has happened and we are sorry about it. Try to reload the page to make sure you have the latest version."
It forces me to make a page reload on each new item before I can continue working. This started last week, upon returning from holiday break. It doesn't seem to occur when editing existing goals, just adding new ones.

I'm encountering the same issue.
A page reload is forced when each new item is created. This is using the google chrome browser. I've found that if you quickly press the escape key when entering lots of goals you can suppress it as a temporary work around.
