If I use pomodoro tracking (I don't yet) is there any way to get reports or an export to excel so I can do crosstabs on time spent on tasks, roles, quadrants ect??

You can export your tasks as a .CSV file that will contain your estimated / actual time associated with them. You can then use that file in Excel to run your reports. Is that what you are after?
