Can't add subtasks in iOS

For some reason I can't add subtasks in iOS.  This issue must have started within the last 2 days as on Tuesday I was able to.  In iOS, if I go to a task, there is no option or textbox where I can type in a subtask.  However, in FF on Windows it's there.
