If u don't unsubscribe me after three request I will report you to the bbb, FTC and whatever other agency is responsible for monitoring spam

yes, at least 3 times.  My email is jlemos@rpm-mtg.com please delete that email from your system

I cannot find your account in WeekPlan with this email address. Do you have another email address? (Better send it to unsubscribe@weekplan.net than on this forum)
