OMG ... I have a week plan account under that name. I have a premium membership ... i have the confirmation emails. I have now been without this service for a week and it's killing me. Can someone please look up my account, my name is Chris Orlando, you are billing my credit card for this service every month. I need access RIGHT AWAY.
Yes. I found a link buried in the site somewhere yesterday, it worked fine, but I messed up the password. When I click the link available from the login page, no email is ever received.
Could you send us last 4 numbers of your credit card?
