Sending email to week plan isn't working

Hi I have tried different methods for emailing myself a task either to todo or inbox or a list and none of the options are working. I have already added my email address as one of those allowed alongside my account email.

May we ask what methods you tried? You can add task(s) to Weekplan via email as describe in this article: https://support.weekplan.net/knowledge-bases/4/articles/3736-email-integration

HI I tested the following and haven't been able to find any tasks added anywhere. I sent from jess@idealmarketingcompany.com which is teh email I'd like to use for my account but have been unable to because I think I previously made an account under that email address and haven't been able to delete it.
