Hi please help I seem to have lost all saved data from my account!

Hi I got a few error messages last night when trying to use weekplan and when I reset my password and logged in all of my saved tasks, vision and journals were gone. Please help. How do I send you my contacts information to check this? Is there an email or phone number? thanks!! I use weekplan day in and day out and really need to have all of my tasks and vision statements back!

Hi, I'll keep checking back here for a response. I don't want to re-enter everything and start from scratch without knowing how my data got lost in the first place as I can't afford to keep losing the tasks and all of the entries. I hope you can fix this and restore all the saved data from last night! I will give you my account details if someone responds here. I cannot find an email or other contact information on the site to send it to. Thanks so much!

I think what may have happened is that either your page is not loading properly or you may have created a new account inadvertently.

Contact me and we will figure it out.

Sorry that link says it is a private forum. I logged in with my gmail account.It gives me the following message:


  • 1. You are not authorized. Sign in
  • 2. You authorized, but don`t have permission to access at this forum. Make request for permissions.
  • 3. You authorized and have permission, but your email not confirmed. Confirm your email.
  • 4. Forum owner has not made payment for service plan last month.

Hi Aymeric,

Thanks for checking on this and getting back to me so quickly. I wanted to close the loop back here for any visitors that the site was working just fine, I just inadvertently created a new account by trying to login with a different email so I was looking at a different brand new account the whole time, so no wonder my data was lost! Pretty silly of me but thanks for the support.
