Hello I’ve bought the package for year and instead of giving full access to the app, it dropped all my settings and did not apply on updated version with yearly subscription. It’s still asking me to pay again. Is there any bag in app or what’s the issue?

I couldn't find any subscription to this email. May we ask to show the payment receipt and mode of Payment to check?
