Regarding SMS integration we are using Twilio as a service provider, please visit this page to check if your location is covered by this company from this URL: https://support.weekplan.net/knowledge-bases/4/articles/3744-how-to-receive-sms-updatesreminders

If it is we need to check if your phone number is not blocked for receiving this SMS like if you enabled DND.
