Having a problem with iPhone login

I can't seem to login when using my iPhone, after entering my email and password I keep being put back to the login screen (seems fine on a laptop and iPad).

Make sure you have cookies enabled. The latest version of iOS disabled them.

Cannot login on my iphone with safari or chrome. Cookies are enabled in both. Any suggestions?
