Tasks in the Scheduler with a role assigned now showing up in the HIT list

I notice today that tasks created in the Scheduler assigned to a role now show up in the HIT list as scheduled.  Is this by design?

My sincere apologies for the late reply. Did you mean repeating tasks shown under the "No Role"  section showing in the HIT list? 

Could you please share the screenshot or the name of some tasks you see in the HIT list?
