App quits when trying to reorder tasks

Hi team, when I try to reorder tasks on both ipad and iphone, the apps quits. At the mo, only allows me to reorder on desk top, which is a pain bc I don’t always have access to the computer to plan my day. Is this a known bug? Can it be fixed?
