can't reorder tasks, keeps going back to original order

Recently it has begun to happen that when I try to reorder tasks, drag them up or down in a day, they just keep bouncing back to the original order. I've tried refreshing the page, but it often (but not always) begins to do this.

Any thoughts on this?
