Re-ordering of subtasks no longer works after new layout update

Prior to the new layout, I LOVED how re-ordering of subtasks affected the "next step" for a given main task. It prevented having to create a lot of separate main tasks. This was probably one of the biggest reasons why I upgraded to premium features. After the new layout update, the re-ordering of subtasks no longer seems to work.  I've tested this in Firefox and Chrome. Thanks so much for your efforts! Great product.
