As of this morning I just get a loading screen, with the "W" logo blinking and no content. Any idea when my plan will be accessible again?

Some more info on this:

Envision and Reflect work fine, I only get the never-loading screen when clicking Plan & Do.

I've tried quitting the browse, closing the tab, refreshing the page, and clearing the cache (in various combos) without any change in behavior.

Further update:

It works fine on my Mac, just not the Windows machine (which is where I typically use it).
