I logged in with my google ID but in mobile phone cannot log in with that
so if this app is synced in automatically i would like to make an account

you can create a weekplan password from your web account here: https://app.weekplan.net/#view=AccountSettings
Then use your google email address and that password to log in your mobile app and your data will be in sync.
