All tasks disappeared all of a sudden

All my tasks have disappeared out of the blue, both from android app and web

Same, both on the web and mobile app. I added a new task which was shown as 'unsynced, please refresh' or similar which I had not seen before. So I refresh and it seems like all tasks have been completely reset (they are back in the high impact task or backlog, and recurring tasks have been cancelled).

Can this be rolled back?

same here.

all my tasks disappeared. only some of repeating task are still visible.

what is going on?

now I see that almost everything was rolled back (it looks like today's morning).

the problem is it seems that I lost all my new task added during today (almost 5 meeting with new clients).

any solution for that?

also a lot o repeating tasks just stopped being repeated. it seems that I have to find everyone of them and add them again.

did you have any huge server/database issue this morning?

all of this is very frightening :((

please respond asap.

Same here! It rolled back to this morning when I first added the tasks...I can tell because I mispelled something and later fixed it but now its back to the misspelled way. They are back only in the inbox and not scheduled nicely like I had them :(

I really like the set up of this app/system but not if this is going to happen...

If this is common, which it looks like it could be reading other threads, I hope I can find something better in the same realm though :(

Really hoping they come up with a fix for this though.

Yes have been a paid user for half a year without issues so far. Yes there are some ui improvements that can be made but overall its helpful to me. Let's hope this was a one time thing. (Personally I didn't lose that much today luckily, only 2 tasks or so). Let's see what the devs have to say about it.

We regret for the inconvenience. We restored the database due to some issue so some of the today's task might lost. It should be fine now.  Our dev's are monitoring the issue.

any chances that "some of the today's task might lost" will be somehow recovered or they are gone forever?

I am asking before I make around 15 phonecalls to get this data again in my WP.

Help!  This is still happening to me. Monday this week, most of the past tasks disappeared, so I tried to recreate them. Then the original tasks reappeared, and the recreated ones disappeared. It's been going back and forth like that all week. Very hard to work like this. What's the solution?!!!
