recurring task disappeared

I have a task that repeats weekly. Sometimes I don't get to it and move it to the following week. The last two times I have done this it deletes the task I moved and all of the same recurring tasks for the entire month. This has really screwed me as I had notes in that task I needed. Is there any way to get that back?

@Geeta,

Hello. My account is also having this a similar issue. ALL of the Recurring tasks for the week have disappeared. I can also see the tasks that I inputted individually. I have avoided adding new recurring tasks or completing new tasks to see if this clears out.

Hi, we are in the middle of deployment - situation should be fixed on next 12 hours.

Thank you for your prompt response. There are a few things out of order. I am confident it is just the deployment. I will check back in later.

I am having similar issues.  Also, previously complete recurring tasks (especially ones where I tracked time associated with the tasks) have been reset so that the tracked time is gone and the tasks are marked as not completed.

Hi, there!

May I ask to share some task names from which tracked time has gone to check it further?

We highly appreciate your patience.

Thanks!

The recurring task “30 Minutes of Monson” almost always had tracked time when it was completed.

Sometimes the task “Exercise” did as well.

Thank you.
