Not that I am an expert but the problem described shows up sporadically. So the fact that you can make it work is not surprising. The frustration comes in when you save an entry and it disappears. This doesn't happen all of the time but in my opinion once is kind of bad but any more than that a solution should be instituted.
We are yet to receive a feedback from the user who reported this issue.
