No scrolling in roles, goals or high impact tasks

DavidCullen 1 year ago updated by johnnyspublic@icloud.com 3 weeks ago 11

Hi, I really like the current active task coming in as a panel on the right hand side. I think it's much better than a pop-up. However, when I try and assign the tasks to a role/goal/high priority task, I get a popup list that I can't scroll through, so only the first few items are available. This means the feature is basically unusable at the moment, which is a bit frustrating.

Hi,

May we request for a a screenshot or video clip showing this scrolling issue for reference, please? We'll be more than happy to look into this.

Looking forward to your response!

Here you go. As you can see, I can only select the tasks that appear on the screen. The scroll bar on the right just scrolls the background information in the main window.

Hi,David!

Thank you for getting back with the screenshot.

I will share this to our dev team for further checking. I will get back to you once we have an update.

Thank you for understanding.

Thanks. I look forward to hearing from you

Hi, David!

Thank you for the response.

Our dev team confirmed this as a bug and currently working to fix this issue. An update will be released once the issue has been resolved.

Hello, this has come up again. I use the desktop site web app on my iPad and I used to be able to scroll vertically through my objectives. Now, any page that requires vertical scrolling does not scroll.

The page will scroll only if it has content not fit to screen. Do you mind checking if you couldn't see all the content on all the page?

I cannot see all of the content on my objectives pages

Thank you for checking that. We will fix this release as soon as possible.

This issue should be fixed now.

It works, and I love the UI for the objectives!
