Cannot reset my password

Forgot my password, the system says the new password was sent to my account but the email never arrived.

Sometimes it happens and it goes in the Spam folder, did you check there?

Yes, sure - it's not there. I tried asking for it twice - got nothing.

Please send me your email address (that you use in weekplan) via the Helpdesk feature of the UserEcho website so that I can reset your password.
