Customer service is non-existent. I have reported over and over again that tasks go gray when i move them from day to dayand then eventually disappear when the page is refreshed. You still haven't fixed it, and, worse, have not responded to my concerns.

Recently we have introduced some improvements I would like to hear if tasks are still disappearing. Maybe you have found any pattern or do you have steps to reproduce (it would be much easier and faster to fix that problem).
