TASKS KEEP DISAPPEARING! YES, I KNOW I AM USING ALL CAPS, AND THAT IT IS OBNOXIOUS. I have brought this up NUMEROUS times, and no one is fixing it. When I slide tasks from one day to another, some of them are blurry, and then disappear.

I went back to using an older version of your product, and that seemed to solve the issue.  Now, the default is the new version, which is where this keeps happening.  Figure it out, switch me back to the old product that works, or I'm out.  Please respond to me today!  I am using Chrome, FYI.

When the task is blurred it means that saving is still in progress - you need to wait until it is completed.

No, they disappear and never come back.  I have seen this happen over and over again.  The pictures I sent you were from tasks I moved last week.  They are now gone.

I mean what kind of tasks are you moving that disappear (are they repeated tasks?).

We have checked moving repeated and normal tasks and cannot reproduce your issue.


Could you please share video with disappearing tasks? It would be very useful for us and we will try to solve the issue. 

I do not have a video of it.  It does not happen all the time, or I would have cancelled my subscription awhile back.  But, it happens often enough that I am dropping balls at work.  If I attempted to record it, I would be recording several times a day, and could see no success for weeks.  Can I just go back to the old version?  It worked.  As for repeated vs. single tasks, it seems to be with repeated tasks, but I cannot say for sure.
