When my weekly plan opens all it shows is "goals". It shows up fine on my laptop. This is happening on my mac desktop using Google Chrome. Why can't I see my weekly list?

I have had the same problem for quite a while. Only on the Mac, both Chrome and Safari. Nothing else shows.

I am surprised, could you send me a screenshot of what you see exactly?

Sent screen capture. Doesn't make any sense to me either.

Steve, can you try to clear your browser data? It is working for me on both Chrome and Safari on Mac. Could you also send me your email address via email (support@weekplan.net) and I will check if there is something related to your account.

Thanks!

Can you be more specific about what data I need to clear please. I don't want to just clear everything from my work computer's browsers because it will create more work for me for the web sites I use.

Hi Steve, this article explains how to clear your cache on safari:

My point is that I don't want to do that, clear all data for all web pages etc. I use my browser for work and I can't afford the time to re-enter passwords, auto-complete info etc. Meanwhile, I installed Firefox and WeekPlan works fine on that. Will do for now.

You shouldn't need to clear everything, you need to empty the cache only. I don't know if Safari allows you to do that, but I am fairly confident it would. I don't know how to do it though :-/
